Our esteemed institution, a proud collaboration between the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and the University of Glasgow, has a rich history that dates back to 1956 and 1451, respectively. This alliance has not only laid a solid foundation for academic excellence but also set the stage for pioneering initiatives in higher education.

In 2012, we embarked on a groundbreaking journey with the first undergraduate dual-degree program in Southwest China, and in 2022, we proudly expanded our horizons by establishing our presence in the Lingshui Li'an International Education Innovation Pilot Zone, marking a significant milestone in China's educational landscape. This strategic location, at the forefront of China's educational openness, serves as a vital "window" to the world, showcasing our commitment to international collaboration and innovation. Our establishment in Hainan represents not only a geographical expansion but also a symbolic step forward in China's role as a global educational leader.
