Governance Structure

  Both universities agree to establish a Joint Management Board (“JMB”) as the ultimate decision-making authority of the Glasgow College Hainan, UESTC. Parties will internally nominate their respective members of the JMB. The Chair of the JMB is in charge of reviewing the reports submitted by all subordinate committees including Joint Executive Group, Industry Advisory Board, Joint Academic Committee, Research Committee, Academic Standards Committee, Finance Committee and the Collaboration administrative team. It shall provide accurate and detailed summaries of such reports to the other members of the JMB. The JMB will meet at least once per annum.
