Glasgow College Hainan, UESTC is a joint educational institute, established in 2022 by University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) and the University of Glasgow (UoG) with approval of the Ministry of Education (MoE) of China. Built on the strengths of Chinese and British educational systems, the College combines the best features of both universities and is committed to cultivating top-notch engineering talents with global visions and carrying out cutting-edge academic research to tackle the challenges we are facing in the age.
We jointly award undergraduate degrees (BEng Hons) in Electronics and Electrical Engineering (EEE) with Information Engineering, EEE with Communications. The medium of instruction is English.
As an emerging and vibrant joint educational institute, we aim to establish an international and innovative top engineering college in China. We are proud of the successful collaboration with the University of Glasgow and will continue to expand international cooperation with more global partners in the future.
