Master's Degree in Business Management from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Since joining the work in 2006, he has been a postgraduate counsellor of the School of Electronic Engineering, a staff member of the General Section of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchanges, and the Director of the Office of Glasgow College.
