一、招聘岗位Available Positions

4.工作地点Location:常驻海南陵水黎安国际教育创新试验区滨海校区,或需按学期安排至成都本部(电子科技大学清水河校区) 进行培训、教学与交流。Based at the Binhai Campus in Hainan, with potential semester-based assignments for training, teaching, or exchange at the UESTC main campus in Chengdu.

二、岗位职责 Key Responsibilities

1. 负责学院本科项目的学术英语(EAP) 课程教学,涵盖学术写作、批判性阅读、学术演讲及研讨等核心技能培养;Deliver Academic English (EAP) courses to undergraduates in engineering, covering academic writing, critical reading, presentations, and seminars.

2. 积极参与课程组教研活动,协助优化与改革课程培养方案、教学材料及评估体系;Contribute actively to course development, teaching material design, and assessment improvement within the teaching group.

3.参与相关学术活动及教研、教改项目;Participate in academic activities, teaching research, and curriculum innovation projects.

4.支持学院学生课外辅导工作,如雅思培训、出国留学指导等;Support students through extracurricular activities such as IELTS coaching and study abroad guidance.

5.协助学院及课程组完成相关支持工作。Assist the College and teaching group with related academic and administrative tasks.

三、任职要求Qualifications & Requirements

(一) 基本条件 Prerequisite

1.政治立场坚定,拥护中国共产党领导,贯彻党的教育方针,热爱教育事业;Strong political stance, upholding the leadership of the CPC, and committed to the national education policy.

2.遵纪守法,品行端正,身心健康,具备良好的职业道德、团队协作精神和奉献意识。Law-abiding, ethical, physically and mentally healthy, with strong professional ethics, teamwork spirit, and dedication.

(二)专业与资质要求 Professional & Qualification Requirements

1.拥有国内外广泛认可大学的英语语言文学、应用语言学、TESOL、教育学(英语方向)或相关专业的硕士及以上学历且取得相应学位; A master’s degree or higher from a well-recognized university in English Language & Literature, Applied Linguistics, TESOL, Education (English focus), or a closely related field.

2.持有英语专业八级证书,或能证明同等水平及以上的国际语言能力证明,如中高级英语口译证书; TEM-8 certificate or internationally recognized proof of equivalent language proficiency (e.g., high-level interpretation certificate, IELTS 8.0+, TOEFL 110+).

3.持有 TEFL、CELTA、DELTA 等国际英语教学资质证书者优先。With TEFL, CELTA, DELTA, or other international English teaching certifications.

4.具备高校英语教学经验者优先,特别是学术英语(EAP/ESP) 或雅思、托福等标准化考试课程教学经验。Prior experience in university-level English teaching, especially in EAP/ESP or standardized test preparation (IELTS/TOEFL).

5.具备高度负责的职业道德,能够保质保量完成教学任务。Strong sense of responsibility and work ethics; able to deliver teaching duties with quality and reliability.

6.展现出优秀的学习能力、创新意识与持续精进专业能力的潜力。Excellent learning agility, innovative mindset, and commitment to ongoing professional growth.

7.能够适应教育技术发展趋势,具备运用AI等智能工具辅助教学、科研及课程开发的能力与经验者优先。Willingness to adapt to educational technology trends; experience using AI tools to support teaching, research, or course development is a plus.

2.资格审查:单位将对申请材料进行审查,并通知入围下一环节的候选人。未通过资格审查者不再另行通知。Shortlisted candidates will be notified for the next stage. Unsuccessful applicants may not be contacted.

3.面试和考核资格审核通过者由单位安排面试和考核。Shortlisted candidates will be contacted by our organization for interviews and assessments.

4.公示与聘用:单位对通过面试和考核的拟录取人员进行公示。公示期满且无异议后,按照学校规定与受聘人员签订劳动合同。新聘任人员实行试用,按照劳动合同法规定执行。Successful candidates will be publicly announced before contract signing and onboarding, subject to a probation period.
